    I came in to do an Amazon return. I was unclear about the steps and did not bring the QR code required. Luckily the staff were able to sort it ou for me. Special shout out to Codee who patiently problem solved the tedhnidql difficulties being experienced by this senior citizen. It was a very positive experience and I will be back.

    Worst delivery ever! My parcel cannot be delivered, today is the 5th day of delay. There is no hope that I will receive my order.

    Waited at home all evening for my package just to find a slip put on my mailbox that they missed me. Uh, I was at home, no one knocked or even attempted to contact me. Thanks for that purolator! Now I have to go out of my way to pick up a package that could have been easily delivered if your driver had actually done their job.
