Lana was the only one who put us on a waiting list and then actually called us when a unit came available. She is amazing! We loved that our wordly possessions were secure and in a clean facility. We stored some of our worldly goods with this business for about a year. Excellent, friendly, helpful service from Lana Robinson! She was so kind, patient and helped us sort out what size unit we needed, popped us onto the waiting list and then contacted us when our space came open, eventually helped us with a smaller unit as we downsized. Always responded quickly to our questions. Highly recommend this business and very much appreciate the quality staff!
