Called to book a tow, was told that I am scheduled. AJ towing was an hour late and didn't call to explain why, I had to call them and inquire as to why. This happened several more times so ended up calling and cancelling which totalled 3 hours later than the original scheduled time. Will not be asking for their services in the future due to lack of communication and poor customer service.
Terrible customer service. Got total snotty attitude from receptionist when all I was trying to do was retrieve articles from my rear ended vehicle. I had my license, claim #, insurance papers etc. And called to see when I good time was to come by. She acted like she owned the place and I had no business going there at all. Thanks for making a bad situation worse!
Rip off! quoted me 65.00 for a tow once they had my car connected the price went to 170.00.I told the driver I would pay at the destination. I waited with the cash at the other end but the car did not show. They impounded my car and made me pay another 60.00 to get it out.
Total crooks and horrible to deal with. Never again!
Was so happy to only have a 5 minute wait when my car broke down. AJ Towing was so fast and professional I will be sure to pass on kind words of them! Thanks again!
