Terrible customer service. Manager made a mistake on order and called my mom a liar and that she could never order from them again. My mom was not offensive and did not deserve that treatment. There were several witnesses to the managers mistakes but she did not care. Absolutely unprofessional.

a place worth the visit

LOVE! with so many options for Chinese in Victoria, you can't go wrong with Sampan Express. If you are looking for table side service, linen, candle light, may be a bottle of wine.....etc.. this would NOT be the place for you . They aren't the best but hey.... for around 10 bucks a head you get a decent meal , I had a 3 items combo from their hot table for just $9.25 + tax. my girlfriend Linda had a wonton soup......best wonton.....said Linda. WE WILL BE BACK
