Took a day off work to be home all day,because delivery day for my parcel was today. Been pacing floors and looking through windows since 8 am waiting and waiting and still waiting at 450 pm. They say they were here and nobody here. The biggest lie in life because i am home waiting all day. I am furious as i dont have a truck to get my parcel and is not paying for delivery since they told me delivery was free and said they would be here today. Not fair at all. Not good service in my opinion.
