    I needed a limb of a tree removed because my neighbours were concerned about it falling on their cars. Randy (he was very nice) came out and looked at the tree and told me how much it would cost. Jennifer the woman who "sometimes" answers the phone told me that it would be this week. No show. I've phoned her several times and she never responded to me. I even sent a message to them on their website...no response. It's so frustrating- horrendous customer service. Totally unreliable.
