I had the best experience ever! I tried on several dresses and Liz (the owner) and her Sales Associate were honest and sent me off in a gorgeous black dress that my husband loved too. Having been to Style Encore and Platos Closet before, you cant compare the top notch service you get at Flip your Closet to the curt staff at the other places. I visited this establishment on May 3rd. The store is small but delightfully organized. The items are all quality goods and priced fairly. I found the sales staff to be friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I have a problem with a bone spur on one foot and was able to purchase a pair of shoes to wear to a wedding that were both stylish and comfortable. I will return. Read more

I loved the unique variety and the fact that I could get stylish clothes that fit my body shape! The jewellery, shoes, purses and other accessories were also great quality and a fabulous add to my wardrobe. Was out in the area and dropped into a little shop not knowing it was all secondhand! The clothing selection is vast, highend and in amazing condition. I mentioned I was on my way to get my wedding gown washed as I recently discovered a huge 4 year old stain on it. One of the girls sprayed it with something and simply wiped it away!
