The florist shop botched our son's valentine order and we complained to the owner. To their credit, the boss lady gave us one dozen free roses for the mistake which was extremely nice when we only requested a few roses that were missing from our order. Thank you for doing it right to turn a negative into a positive customer experience. Great job, too bad some others do not learn such values. I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful! Read more
