    Have always been beyond happy with my experiences with them. Very knowledgeable and work is always done right and in a timely manor. Everyone is polite and goes the extra mile to help. Would highly recommend going there for anything you need computer or phone related. I got a great deal when I bought my PC from them and have been satisfied ever since. Alex has always done all of my computer stuff and has gone out of his way to help , so has everyone else. Agaim would highly recommend them.

    AWEFUL SERVICE! Brought in my PC to get fixed, and got charged $120 for them to say nothing was wrong when it definitely was! do not go to this store.

    I just notice your review, I tried to get more info but I dint see your name on your system so can msg me or call me so I can pull ur info that be great. also the price u mention is high cause your diagnostic is only 45$ and the only thing that we charge 120$ is for a data recovery.

    Hey Sara can you please contact me directly or Kristin (she takes care of Operations). You can reach us at 705-840-2806. This way we can pull your info and see whats going on. We have policies to make sure the staff always call the client to get authorization before any work is done. I would like to look into this to make this is right but would need some info since right now I can't find you in our system.

    Called them to fix my pc. They could have fixed it in my home but I had to get back to work so they picked it up and dropped it off the next day at no extra charge. It needed a lot of work. They had to recover all of my stuff and reinstall Windows then put all my stuff back and reinstall all of my programs so I was expecting a large bill. I was happily surprised to see the bill was only $78.00. Very happy with their work. Will call them from now on. Read more
